Wappler 7.0.0 Beta 12 Released

What's New

Just before going to celebrate the Thanksgiving, we have prepared a new Wappler 7 beta update for you. Now with amazing new feature Editor Tab Groups!

Your open tab editors are now automatically grouped by type, so you can easily switch between your Server Actions, App Flows and Pages. You can also easily collapse and expand the tab groups and close all tabs in a group with a single click. You can also undock a whole tab group to its own window and have multiple editors open at the same time. See Organizing Editor Tabs in Groups

Also the Quick Open dialog is now with improving styling to make the groups more clear and consistent with the Editor Tab Groups.

New Editor Tab Groups

  • Implemented new editor tab groups, so that editors of the same type are always grouped. Now you can see all your Server Actions, App Flows and Pages in separate groups and easily switch between them.
  • The Tab Groups are easily collapsible by clicking on them and you can also close all tabs in a group with a single click.
  • You can also undock a whole tab group to its own window and have multiple editors open at the same time.
  • Tab groups have also context menu for quick actions like close group, close all tabs to the right and more.
  • Allow the tab groups to be disabled in the Wappler General options

  • Updated quickOpen title/group colors styling to make the groups more clear and consistent with the Editor Tab Groups.

File Manager

  • Apply context menu actions to selection

FTP Manager

  • Always exclude Mac system files like .DS_Store and Windows ones like Thumbs.db from synchronization.

  • Updated styling of the main panel

Server Connect

  • Improved deleting multiple input variables from the context menu
  • Store multiple deletes as single undo/redo action
  • Improve the toggle output and disable options to be undoable,. Also support multiple selections.
