Expected behavior
What do you think should happen?
Double clicking on a library action include statement in a server action should open a window that shows the library action.
Actual behavior
What actually happens?
It opens a windows which has the name of the library action in the tab name, but there are no server action steps shown in the window...

You can see that dmxConnect is missing from the path of the file it has tried to open.
