I've had little problems like you after an update. This time, it works fine for me under windows.
Try a clean reinstall.
Uninstall Wappler using a cleaner like Revo Uninstaller and install version B7v10.
So are you saying that after a clean install the quick open feature was also returning library actions?
Seems we are generally ignoring the "lib" folder and that is the one used for library actions.
Will improve that in the next update

To avoid too much handling, for example?
No we just wanted to exclude the root lib from NodeJS projects but that also excluded all nested lib folders…
