Text Area for Comment Input

we’ve had to document in detail some APIs and have found that if the comment input is a text area instead of a text input, it’ll be more helpful to be able to capture bigger comments and read them easily as well later.

Totally agree.
Simple change, but it would help a lot.

Different color for comments

At the moment comments have green color. I think it makes them harder to distinguish, because green is also used in regular action steps (as also white and blue). [image] Maybe it would be easier, if comments had their own color? And if so, the question is: what color exactly? White and blue will have the same problem as green. Maybe pink will do? [image] Or orange? [image] Or even gray? [image] What do you think?

Toggle for hiding and showing all comments

I love commenting but sometimes I just want to see a clear picture with only real steps in view. Also, don’t forget to check out the opposite FR: Toggle for hiding/showing all steps EXCEPT comments and some structure-related steps

This has been improved in Wappler 5.2.6
The color of the comments has been changed;
Multi line comments are now possible;
Now you enter the comments in a textarea;
