My opinion:
You can build any layout and design with the Bootstrap implementation in Wappler, which you can also do with Webflow. (their framework is based on bootstrap principles).
If you only want to make static websites, then only the information above is enough to pick your solution, in your case it seems that you prefer Webflow and that’s fine.
If you want to make dynamic web apps the main concern should be how easy and powerful it is to build the backend functionalities, as that will make your app usable and scalable.
In that case, using Webflow you will have to use “hacks” with zapier, airtable etc, and even with combining all those different dependencies you won’t be able to create anything you want.
So in my opinion, you can design the front-end in any way you want with both solutions, but Webflow lacks all other (more important) functionalities, so it doesn’t make sense to use it.
