Wappler 6.5.4 Released

What's New

In this Wappler update we have updated all the Bootstrap and Font Awesome icon sets to the latest versions.

We have also greatly improved the icon picker dialog, now it is a native popup window, so it can be more easily used and resized.

Also in the show action of the Bootstrap Toasts now you can pick an icon from the icon picker.

Futhermore we have more stability updates for App Connect 2 and the App Connect Summernote 2.0.3, with the latest summernote build, with bugs fixes like keys binding.

We will be taking a short break next week for some family time and will be back the week after with more great updates and features for Wappler!

Bootstrap Icons

  • Update the Bootstrap Icons to the latest version 1.11.3

Font Awesome

  • Updated Fontawesome to the latest version 5 to 5.15.4 and version 6 to 6.5.2
  • Added Font Awesome as separate extensions for easy updates

Icons Picker

  • Improved the font icon picker dialog to be a native popup window, so it can be more easily used and resized
  • Improved the icon picker dialog UI
  • Improved dialog positioning
  • Removed paging in icon picker

Project Frameworks

  • Improve adding project frameworks with custom options, show now dialog to enter the options when the framework is added

Bootstrap 4 and 5 Toasts

  • Added smart auto detect icon type
  • Add icons pickers
  • Incorrect spacing class mr was renamed to me in bootstrap 5

App Connect Summernote 2.0.3

  • Include the latest summernote build, with bugs fixes like keys binding

App Connect Formatter 2.0.2

  • Added encodeURI and encodeURIComponent formatters for strings
  • Added toBigInt formatter

Appp Connect 2.0.3

  • Updated radio input component to only trigger change event on inputs with same name in same form
  • Updated select/selectMultiple component how it’s updating the value
  • Updated getStorage action
  • Added mutation observer to checkboxGroup and radioGroup to detect added inputs from a repeater
