Have you tried resetting the panel sizes in Wappler options?
I hadn't but just did...panels changed, but no difference on showing:
The issue was present before b17, but I just assumed everybody was seeing the issue...guess it is something in mine alone?
I've been running into similar issues. Sometimes only on one file, while another shows data in the panels. Most of the time just closing the file and reopening it fixes the issue.
Still seeing this on B22. Now also the Properties panel, along with Styles and Design.
Working OK for me on Windows 11, maybe a Mac thing?
Seems to me that there was a CSS parsing error, maybe due to some special css that we cannot handle.
Can you check the css and also include debug log, it should show the error
Still an issue with b26. I have not been able to capture a log for this yet. It seems to be a timing issue as I can close the file, re-open and everything works.

@mebeingken can you confirm if properties panel also crash?
Can you perhaps supply me a log. Since only the styles and design panels are affected I assume that there is probably an issue with the css. Tho log could reveal any parse errors.
This bug has morphed since originally reported in February. Today it does include the properties panel (or maybe it always did?).
However every time I restart with logging, I cannot replicate the issue and grab a log file.
It is not specific to any one file, either layout or content page, and after closing and re-opening, it works fine, so it doesn't seem like a parsing issue, but you'd obviously know better than me.
To me it feels like a timing issue on load.
This remains an issue with B31.
Attached is a log file.
I restarted Wappler with logging, then opened a file, and the properties (and related panels) are blank (see video). I then close the file, and re-open the same file, and it all works fine.

Do you have LINK tags with no href attribute on your page or main page?
For me v7b30 - the first page opening (after a restart/first of the day), the properties panel is does not respond. Close the page reopen it - all is normal.
I did, but have now removed those and get the same result.
In some more tests, I believe the problem only happens if there were no open pages when last closing Wappler. In other words, if I have pages open, close Wappler, and then restart, there is no issue. If I close all open files before exiting Wappler, when I restart there are naturally no pages open. The first page I open, has the issue.
It's very hit and miss when this happens. Usually first file of the day or first file when switching projects. Closing and re-opening the file works. Seems to be very random. Probably pretty hard to pin point for the team.
