In some more tests, I believe the problem only happens if there were no open pages when last closing Wappler. In other words, if I have pages open, close Wappler, and then restart, there is no issue. If I close all open files before exiting Wappler, when I restart there are naturally no pages open. The first page I open, has the issue.

Not sure this is readable - Here's an attempt at results from a test:

All pages closed before exit
Once panel available on first click panel always available
Move across test start to quit

Only constant is when 2 pages open no access to property panel

This is now fixed in Wappler 7 beta 32.
