Table generator not picking up query manager or sort

For some reason the table generator is not pulling in the sort query or asking for which query manager as expected. What am I doing wrong?

Are you sure you selected the query manager first from the dropdown?

Thats just it. The state manager isn’t even a choice on the screen?
I was taking this screen shot when I noticed a tiny spec just below sort parameters. I had to expand the screen and there it was. i don’t think this has ever happened before.?? sorry

You can scroll a bit to see it, but we will improve this in todays update.
