Cordova installation on Windows 10 - 64 bits

I created a mobile project and encountered the following error on System Check:

Checking Cordova installation and version...
'cordova' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
Cordova is missing!

Installing Cordova ...
npm ERR! Unexpected end of JSON input while parsing near '...tly.2018.3.6.aeb1ddbc'
