Cordova installation on Windows 10 - 64 bits

I created a mobile project and encountered the following error on System Check:

Checking Cordova installation and version…
‘cordova’ is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
Cordova is missing!

Installing Cordova …
npm ERR! Unexpected end of JSON input while parsing near ‘…tly.2018.3.6.aeb1ddbc’

Can you please advise what to do?
