Which is the best shared hosting solution?

I am trying to use Wappler with NodeJS.
After somehow solving the problem of NodeJS available from shared Hosting, only on Windows Server, I am now again blocked by the fact that Wappler NodeJS requires MySql database with direct remote connection. And also for this reason, the cause is that shared hosting does not allow it.
Therefore I am thinking of trying (at the moment with only one domain) a new shared hosting solution, which is compatible with NodeJS / Wappler requests and with very low cost
There are many, but it is difficult to understand if they have the right characteristics.
I spotted NameCheap for example, but then if I read user reviews, I get a little scared
What do you think is a good solution?
