Ok so it did not take me long to get this issue, this is one of the issues. I’ll do a video when the next one surfaces.
Issue: Items not appearing in the UI
With this video I have added a title tag below another one, it has appeared in the code, but not in the UI. Once wappler is restarted then the issue goes away for a little while.

I see you are talking about the App Structure, not properties… There is also an error occurring
The App Structure can sometimes be out of sync - and that is why we have a refresh button on top of the panel.
I thought you had some problems with the properties panel? Or is it just the App Structure?
