Improved tours and documentation, shaped by your feedback
We’ve reworked Wappler’s tours and documentation based on your feedback, making help easier to find, tutorials easier to follow, and navigation smoother throughout.
- Clearer organization into Start here, How-to guides, Reference, Concepts, and Troubleshooting.
- A persistent table of contents in the tours dialog for easier browsing and orientation.
- Smoother topic navigation without dialog flashing, reopening, or unexpected repositioning.
- Faster opening of the main tours dialog through optimized loading.
- Improved search and consistent navigation across in-app help and the documentation site.
- Revised explanations, examples, and guided steps, including getting started, server data, animations, and Bootstrap layouts.
- More reliable tour interactions and cleanup, including a fix for the Welcome screen remaining over the workspace.
- Refreshed screenshots in both themes, corrected obscured captures, and fewer redundant screenshots.
- Updated documentation layouts and legacy redirects to preserve existing links.
- Expanded automated checks cover navigation, search, tour behavior, screenshots, and documentation links.
- Updated and reorganized the tours and make them more goal and audience oriented

AI Manager
- Combined Ask/Act mode in system prompt. The current mode is given with each user message as extra context. This fixes AI not knowing which mode it is in after switching during chat.
- Allow to use other models and providers for git commit message generation
- AI search tool should behave the same as user search with excludes
Git Manager
- Set/unset upstream tracking in experimental Git Manager
