I love how the query builder can now be resized and maximized. But once you maximize the QB and close it the UI becomes unclickable. Have to shut down Wappler and reopen to get functionality back.

Just close the dialog with the buttons for now - it should be fine.
Which buttons should we use to close the dialogs?
Query Builder and Flow Editor are un-usable. Looks like you don’t even have to resize them. Closing them with the red light freezes the UI even if you don’t resize them.
So as it is, everytime you use Query Builder or Page Flow Editor you have to restart Wappler.
Edit: Oh, the big cancel or OK buttons … lol. Is it beer time yet?

Is this just a Mac issue? It seems OK using Windows.
Yes this is Mac only - on windows we have custom title bar with own maximize buttons
