Expected behavior
Changing the Validation Icons option in theme manager should enable/disable the form validation icons.
Actual behavior
theme.json is updated, however no change is made to bootstrap.min.css (I’m assuming something related to $enable-validation-icons: false; )
How to reproduce
Change the option in theme manager.
