Validate Data not working

Wappler Version : 3.5.5
Operating System : MacOS 10.15.7

Expected behavior

What do you think should happen?

  • Add Validate Data step in server action
  • Click '+' button to add a field name and linked field under Data Fields section.

Actual behavior

What actually happens?

  • Validate Data step successfully adds to the server action. On clicking validate options I cannot add a data field in the popup window.

I can confirm this as well on:

Wappler 3.5.5
Mac Big Sur
NodeJS
Local Docker

Guys what is the status here? It’s cool that people seem to confirm a already recorded bug.
But will be there any time soon a fix for it?

I am a bit irritated that a bug in such a important feature is not assesst yet or is there a propper workaround I could use for now?

This will be fixed in tomorrow's update. We usually do weekly updates where the bugs reported after the latest updates are usually fixed.
