How to reproduce

Create a new Server Action, put a Set Value, and maybe you’ll see that message pop from nowhere. If it doesn’t appear, click “EXECUTE” and then click the “Set Value” again in the view, the message should appear

As annoying as this is… you can make use of right-click context menu options as a work-around.
I am not sure if this has been fixed in 4.7.0
