Type Error on Saving New Project Setting

Wappler Version : 4.9.0
Operating System : Mac1 Monterey 12.3.1
Server Model: PHP
Database Type: MySQL
Hosting Type: Mamp localhost

Expected behavior

Setting up a brand new project. Can define and save initial Project setting panel with no errors.

Actual behavior

As I try to Save the first general setup, before going on to define Targets and Framework.

This has been happening for the past week.
