Summernote issue (no buttons are being shown)

Expected behavior

What do you think should happen?
Summernote editor was displayin alright (buttons, etc)

Actual behavior

What actually happens?
As you see here Untitled Document, no buttons are displayed. Instead a textarea displays, with an empty area where the summernote buttons should appear.

How to reproduce

Create an empty file.
Insert a Summernote textarea.
