Subtables not persisting in UI

Expected behavior

UI shows subtable comments as a child of posts

Actual behavior

UI shows separate table instead of a child of posts

How to reproduce

Empty project, create table posts and then subtable comments. After you create the migration it no longer shows as a subtable
