Static attachment in mailer isn't saving

Wappler v3.0.0
OS: MacOS Catalina
Server: PHP

I’m using the Mailer to send a static file stored on the server. If I browse to the file, it shows in the field but doesn’t save it. If I leave and return, it’s gone.

I’ve got round it this time by manually adding the code into the api php file.

I seem to have the same problem on Win10 Pro version 3.2.1. And I have a deadline for tomorrow noon.
