SSL certificate is not trusted by the FTP client

Wappler Version : 7.7.7
Operating System : Windows 11
Server Model: NodeJS
Database Type: N.A.
Hosting Type: Plesk panel

Expected behavior

To publish the site using FTP(S) without a problem

Actual behavior

I get an error message as in:

Uploading restart.txt to restart the NodeJS server ...
cd: Fatal error: Certificate verification: The certificate is NOT trusted. The certificate issuer is unknown. (3B:C4:AA:B1:5E:6F:AA:6F:6A:6D:AB:56:74
:FD:29:75:CA:25:64:C0)

How to reproduce

See:

  2. Deployment/Infrastructure Issue - Wappler General / Need Help - Wappler Community

I know that both of these posts have a Correct answer and have been unlisted, but the problem still exists. Never had the problem until recently. I suspect that the problem came about with the way the latest version of Let's Encrypt is deployed. Nevertheless, could we have a relaxation of the FTP client in Wappler similar to FileZilla?

We have improved the host verification checks now to be less strict, so hopefully that will solve your problem completely.

Will be available in the next update.
