WARNING: I’m manually installing a Sandbox node server so this may be user error rather than bug. 
Wappler Version: 3.0.2
Operating System: Centos8/Node 12/Apache proxy
Expected behavior
When creating a new content page, the routes.js file located in app/config should be uploaded to the remote server
Actual behavior
The file is not uploaded until a full Publish is executed
How to reproduce
Create a content page, save and try to load in browser.
Note, Clicking Upload Routing Rules appears to do nothing.
