Routes won't change after updating route type

Problem description

Routes remain to redirect to old pages after changing them from the routes menu. Even though change it directly from routes.json still nothing happen.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the Routes menu. Set routes type to Redirect. Then change again to Page.
