Expected behavior
If an API is renamed, and is currently open in a tab, that tab should reload with the new name.
Actual behavior
The existing tab remains open, and then if edited recreates the api under the old name.
How to reproduce
Create an API:
Rename the API:
Edit the tab that was/is open, save, and refresh the list:
Both new_name and old_name exist.
Similarly, perhaps an API that is deleted should have any open tab closed.
