Pasting a server action does not trigger "dirty" file

Expected behavior

When pasting a server action into a workflow, the file should be "dirty" and display the blue dot.

Actual behavior

The file looks as if it has not been edited.

Be fab to have this bug fixed... because it also means you don't get the "Do you want to save" message... just lost a big piece of pasting and had to do it again!
