Partials (/views/partials) in the Project Folder do not refresh when elements are converted to partial

Expected behavior

When converting a collection of elements to a partial, the newly created partial.ejs file should appear in the Project Folder (/views/partials).

Actual behavior

A restart of Wappler is required for the file to be visible.

A refresh does not help?
It has been some time since I created a partial like this, but don't remember having any issues viewing it in files list. Could be a 4.8.1 bug.
