Expected behavior
What do you think should happen?
ctrl-c and ctrl-v should work whether you have caps lock on or not as in other apps.
Actual behavior
What actually happens?
They only work with caps lock off.
That is pretty standard with all apps. If Caps Lock is on it is like also have the Shift Key down.
