I realized that I use it not so often.
But it takes a precious place here from more important things. I have to scroll down every time to see properties options that I actually use.
Maybe hide it in the dropdown?
Yes this is also on our todo list for a while 
Buttons were useful when we got only two options but with more a action dropdown should be preferred.

The “Make …” buttons are now available as a Convert to … dropdown.
