Actual behavior
When there are changes, the red/green markers show up correctly.
But, when I scroll to that section, the scrollbar overlaps the change indicator.
In the previous version, the scroll bar was transparent. When there are small changes this is specially a problem. When using arrows in top-right to navigate between changes, its not clear which change/line is being shown.
