Where are the Get, Put, Abort funtions on the Beta 12 version?

I use them frequently when collaborating with others or working on two different computers, as they ensure you always get the latest versions of files.

But publish is not only to put files on remote?. Can I get the files from the remote to my local server??

Use the Files Manager (select Remote), and right click on a file and click Download @Chackmool
