What exactly was your first access? Just calling Wappler tours and you get this error?

I only opened Wappler after the upgrade.

But it's quite clear that it's a permission issue.
Wappler is trying to create a session folder in a system directory (/usr/share/wappler/...) where the regular user doesn't have write permission.

I solved it by giving my user write permission to the folder.
But up to version 7.7.1 this wasn't necessary.
