Expand REST methods available in API Actions and Server Connects used on Wappler web projects

Building on my previous bug report. I would like to see support for all standard REST methods (POST, GET, PATCH, PUT, and DELETE) in API actions and Server Connects used on Wappler web projects.

Part of the solution is mentioned in the bug report.

API Action does not send credentials or method when using DELETE method
