Steps:
1 - Create a datetime column for example.(or any other type)
2 - Do not fill in the default field and do not check the timezone checkbox
3 - Apply database changes
4 - Refresh
5 - Edit the default field or check the timezone
6 - Apply changes
7 - Receive a notification saying “nothing to do!”
8 - Check the column again and the changes were not applied.
