Problem description
When I create a field such as updated_at (datetime) and check the Use Timezone box and Apply database changes, the timezone setting is not saved. On reload of database manager the box is unchecked. So on checking the box again I get a blue icon on the up button, to indicate I can apply changes. But on applying changes I get a nothing to do message:
