Database Manager: Apply Database Changes/Refresh icons nonresponsive

Steps to reproduce

  1. Under Database Manager, create a new table and add columns.
  2. Click the Apply Database Changes or Refresh icon.
  3. Nothing happens.

As a temporary solution, quit/restart Wappler and the buttons work.

Is this still happening in Wappler 6 RC 1? As we have fixed it recently.
