Hi, upgraded to v5, only setup account today, cannot login anymore, do not get a code sent to me, checked junk folder, receiving other emails.

Have you tried logging in using the community login link?
Seems you are in the older trials that unfortunately don’t work any more.
You can easily start a new 14 day trial now and everything will work fine.
