I suspect you’ll probably be able to start a 14 day trial again based on this thread:

Seems you are in the older trials that unfortunately don’t work any more. You can easily start a new 14 day trial now and everything will work fine. Just start with the subscription choice and a trial will be started https://wappler.io/pricing/
