Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a new mobile project, choose Framework7 template, name project, set for local Capacitor, Save
  2. Mac Homebrew is correctly installed.

You seem to have some major problem with internet connectivity and date time settings. As those errors show that you can’t access some public urls.

Maybe your Mac has wrong date and time settings.
