Problem description

Getting error “Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘refs’)” when trying to add a database to database manager and refresh schema. Only happening with a single Database. Others are working fine.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Added a new Database connection to DB Manager
  2. Got the above error message
