App Connect in-depth documentation

Well - we most of the App Connect stuff is handled visually on the Wappler interface.

We do have some general description, see under the hood section at:

We could use more docs indeed for the coders and people who really want to understand how App Connect works. The main syntax and declarative bindings are are inspired by VueJS, but we really made it much more easier and visual to bind with full expressions and data sources support.

So ideally for the coders we would like to make a documentation that looks like the one from VueJS.
Having that we might even be able to fully open source App Connect as being a very strong front-end framework compered to react, VueJS and Angular.

Probably a good idea to have some kind of ‘cheatsheet’ available for the main appConnect concept at some stage, as you say like Vue. I don’t think it would do too much damage in terms of those those that like the more visual concept workflow and those that mainly code. Those that mainly code are sooner or later going to code in Wappler once they see the patterns emerge anyway, whilst those that never code and have no desire too, will always use the visual UI. Its a WIN WIN situation for all and probably the more that know the concept behind the thinking the better for the community as a whole. If push comes to shove you can always do that little bit of coding and then jump back to the visual UI if its more comfortable.

Well any help will be greatly appreciated.

Topics published in the #docs category (which are actually wikis) , got automatically published, after approval to docs.wappler.io , so it is as easy as writing a forum topics post here, with all the markdown support.

and I will be happy to answer any other questions for in-depth working if not clear.
