Workflow Panel Closes All Panels

Expected behavior

What do you think should happen?

Open multiple APIs and have them remain open when seeking more screen real estate by closing the Workflow/Server Actions panel.

Actual behavior

What actually happens?

  1. Workflow/Server Action panel closes open API
  2. Similar to properties panel, this only happens on the first opening.
  3. Have to edit something to keep chosen API open

How to reproduce

I believe this is actually by design.

Single Click on Server Action opens the api in preview mode. Therefore it will close when panel is closed.

Double Click on Server Action opens the api in Edit mode and it will stay open.
