Will New Expression Format Expand to Database Actions?

Am doing some database work and I notice that the new expression formatting is not being applied to Database Actions:

So here I am trying to concatentate "Payment intent - " with the following variable… but since it hasn’t appeared in the new format, I am guessing this isn’t going to work as a concatenation…

What exactly is not being applied and where exactly?
Cropping your screenshots to a 20px height makes it impossible to understand what are you trying to show?
