I have faced this about 2 to 3 times. Is it just me or a general issue?
Can you explain in more details what the issue you're experiencing is?
most of today the site is extremely slow. hanging on without showing me content forever. i experienced slowness last night too but it was still usable. also, i was unable to login to account using community login. i did not try direct login. i don't have issue with browsing other sites. it came back to normal maybe about 30minutes ago.
Maybe it’s something with your internet connection then or your provider. We haven’t noticed any issues with the site or community login.

It could also be related to the recent updates. There are some new features like the Online Status that is fairly new.
I'm facing the same issue intermittently when I access the community site from Singapore or Malaysia. Sometimes the site doesn't load at all. Have tried different ISPs, it's still the same.
I've been experiencing this since the site was upgraded to latest discourse version. I thought mine is an isolated case. So didn't bother to report this.
I use VPN to overcome the problem. The site loads instantly if I set the VPN to European locations.

there are obvious problems. e.g i keep getting first reaction badges repeatedly and only few marked as unread when there are many new posts. sometimes the only new unread post is a post i read day before.
