Where to find Page & Layout-Level Security options for NodeJS?

I’m looking for the video/animation gif that’s in the 7.7.2 announcement. When I click on the image for Page & Layout-Level Security for NodeJS inside the email, I’m brought to the announcement page, which doesn’t have even the link or the gif.

A search for: “Page & Layout-Level Security for NodeJS” returns no results except a suggestion to go to Google which provides external search results.
