Considering to use Cypress or codeceptjs.
What do you guys recommend to write tests in?
Want to spend the least amount possible writing tests (want to leverage AI for this).
Thanks!

Hi.
We used Cypress briefly. Its a pain to write tests when it comes to UI testing.
For APIs, its extremely easy in comparison. Could be because of the complexity of our applications.
Not sure how AI could be leveraged here to be honest. Haven't had a chance to play with AI tools/API.
Codeceptjs looks simpler to configure in comparison to Cypress. Code looks cleaner as well. Could just also be the light-mode.
And it says that its AI powered - so looks like something built-in.
Please do share your experience with whichever tool you decide to go with - or if you drop this.
Thanks for the input Sid
I just did some extra googling this afternoon and found some interesting AI tools but it all seems to be very expensive (no pricing / 200+ a month).
It would be worth it if it saves us a couple of man hours, but a lot is behind a 'demo wall' that I don't have time for to try.
Based on your input about Cypress, I think I'll get some stuff going with Codeceptjs...
These are some of the tools I found:
