What is the main benefit of App Connect 2 ? Did i miss a post somewhere where it explains the features and benefits of App Connect 2.
Is it just going to be faster?

From what I’ve read here its quite a lot faster so more beneficial to use.

It’s a major architectural rebuild and its benefits are faster rendering and faster and optimized dynamic expression evaluation. Pretty much the most important things you want optimized in a front end framework like App Connect

I guess because its still in Beta… I just answered my own question.
Looking forward to the full release compatible with all the latest extensions…
Hi Teodor. Do i have to redo my connections or code or anything? As i have enabled the beta version with my site. Updated all the extensions and using App Connect 2. So i ran a test and my site is way slower. If i compare it to the “current” app connect. Must i redo anything or should it just work? I did see its backward compatible… hence the question? do i have to redo certain things to get the benefit from App Connect 2? Redo all the database queries? As my my site its way slower.
There is nothing you need to rebuild, especially on the server side. App Connect is a front end framework, it doesn’t require any changes on the server side.
