I have seen that notification a few times…
I noticed that it happens when I have a serveraction opened and I close/collapse the Workflows sidebar…
Then this notification pops-up at the bottom-right corner:
If this is the case, there is no problem (except that notification pop-up)…
But I suppose @George you could have a look at that.

Thanks for the input, I couldn’t reproduce it by doing what you said.
That’s why (with other examples) I propose this FR.

As you can see I’m talking about an opened serveraction that doesn’t need save or something… Probably a forgotten one

On my workstation it pops-up everytime I do what I described above…
I found that it happens when a file is opened and we can see the title under-emphasis like TITLE
But not always server actions are opened like this.
You can see on the video.
I will create a bug report about this, maybe means something

Great report - those error toasts aren’t recorded anywhere so now we know where to look
