is there any wappler possible to create website into mobile apps like webview mobile apps
Most aspects of Mobile are covered in the documentation, and here within the Community (just search).
Wappler does not submit to either Google or Apple. For that you will need a Developer account for each. There is a thread here somewhere on the process (a few searches will find it).
