Hey team,

You can now drop Electron and create cloud.wappler.io

:joy:

Well getting node to run in the browser is not really that big deal as it is all JavaScript and it’s being done often with packagers like browserfy

Getting run native node modules and docker might be more of a challenge

Also there are a few attempts to run node on mobile as well like:

http://www.janeasystems.com/blog/node-js-meets-ios/

I think the approach is different. It’s not being able to call node module from the browser as electron/nwjs/NeutralinoJS/etc.

It’s being able to run a nodejs backend on the browser. The runtime itself.

Damn doesn’t run on my iPhone

I really doubt Apple would allow something like that ever. It’s a shame.
I would love to have a 12.9 inch ipad pro and be able to create local websites on it and spin up a server

Well you never know

They allowed Roblox  which is worst than Flash.

But it is an “experience” not a game, so the Epic fight can continue in court.

Can you integrate Wappler into Roblox? I want to create webapps by building blocks.

Not looking good for Apple. The judge was going for Tim’s throat when she questioned him.

Doubt it

My son is hacking on Roblox and constantly complaining about the viruses hidden in the Roblox building blocks. There are even antivirus blocks to find the virus blocks. All in Lua btw.

And they got 150 million players monthly, from which 149 million are bots - but hey that is when you go public and have to present good numbers.
